Pricing and Tax Information
All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Security with Credit Cards and payments
Canningvale do not store or database any credit card details within the Canningvale website database. Pending payments are processed via eWay once authorised.

All payments are processed via a 128bit SSL connection to eWay - Australia's leading payment gateway. For further security information on eWay you can visit their website www.eway.com.au

We currently only accept VISA and MASTERCARD transactions via our on-line store.
AMERICAN EXPRESS transactions are not supported.

Shipping
All purchases will be shipped within 10 working days. Generally delivery will be received within 7 working days of shipping. Orders with a Goods Total (after Coupon Code Discount) of $100 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within Australia.  Orders with a Goods Total (after Coupon Code Discount) of less than $100 will incur a $14 delivery fee within Australia, including GST. Orders outside of Australia are not currently supported through this website. Please contact Canningvale directly if you wish to arrange a special order.

Returns Policy
At Canningvale, we pride ourselves on the quality of our product range. We're confident you'll find the perfect towel or home textile product from our range.
 
If you're not satisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it within 30 days in its original packaging, unwashed & unused with your proof of purchase for a full refund (less postage & handling) to the following address:
