Delivery
Delivery - Australia
All purchases will be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery will be within 10 working days after dispatch. Orders to total (after discount) of $100 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within Australia. Orders to total (after discount) of less than $100 will incur a $14 delivery fee within Australia. We now support and deliver to Post Office Boxes and Parcel Lockers (Australia only). If you miss your delivery you will receive a 'Delivery Card' from Australia Post that can be used to collect your goods from your local Post Office.
Delivery - New Zealand
All purchases will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 14 working days after dispatch. Orders to total (after discount) of NZD200 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within New Zealand. Orders to total (after discount) of less than NZD200 will incur a NZD20 delivery fee within New Zealand.
Delivery - Singapore
All purchases will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 14 working days after dispatch. Orders to total (after discount) of SGD200 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within Singapore. Orders to total (after discount) of less than SGD200 will incur a SGD20 delivery fee within Singapore.
Delivery - United States of America
All purchases will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 14 working days after dispatch. All orders to Continental USA will incur a USD$40 delivery fee. Please note we only deliver to Continental USA.
Returns Policy
At Canningvale, we pride ourselves on the quality of our product range. We're confident you'll find the perfect towel or home textile product from our range.
If you're not satisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it within 30 days in resalable condition (this means that the item is in its original packaging (if any), is unworn, unwashed & unused and is as sold, with the original tags and labels still attached) together with your proof of purchase for at Canningvale's option an exchange or a full refund (less postage & handling) to the following address:
