Delivery Terms & Returns Policy

Delivery
All purchases will be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery will be within 10 working days after dispatch. Orders to total (after discount) of $100 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within Australia. Orders to total (after discount) of less than $100 will incur a $14 delivery fee within Australia. Orders to Post Office Boxes or outside of Australia are currently not supported.

Returns Policy

At Canningvale, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We're confident you'll find the perfect home textile product from our ranges.
 
If you're not satisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided:

The item is in resalable condition for example:

• the original tags and labels are still attached;
• the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
• the item is unworn, unused and as sold
