Have a shower or a chamomile tea, read or listen to some relaxing music before bed. Definitely no phones or devices at least an hour before bed.

Make your bedroom a sanctuary

Keep your bedroom clutter free and make sure you are comfortable. From your mattress and pillows to some soft luxurious sheets, ensure you are not too hot or cold.
