Canningvale Australia warrants all goods against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. For warranty evaluation, we will supply a reply-paid address for goods to be returned to Canningvale. If the goods are found to be defective, Canningvale will provide a replacement, an equivalent (if the original product is sold out or unavailable), a 110% store credit, or a full refund (less postage and handling).
