Warranty
Canningvale Australia Ltd stand by all of its products, which is why
Canningvale offer a 2 year product warranty on all Canningvale textile
products. Canningvale warrant its textile products against manufacturing
faults for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If our
products are found to have a manufacturing fault within that time,
Canningvale will at its election either provide a replacement product (a
similar product may be given where the item is discontinued or no
longer available) or a refund.
To have the benefit of the warranty, you must within 30 days of purchase become registered by filling in and submitting the Warranty Registration Form at the bottom of this page. The period in which a manufacturing fault must appear in order for you to be entitled to claim the warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. You must also make a claim, and the claim must be received by us, within that same period in order to have your claim accepted.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must notify Canningvale of the claim either by email or post to the Canningvale addresses below (at your cost) and include your return address, nature of the claim/fault and description of the product. Canningvale will provide a Rely Paid address to you for you to post the product to Canningvale. Canningvale will notify or contact you to inform you of its decision on the claim. If a replacement product is to be provided, Canningvale will send this to you at its cost. If Canningvale decides to provide a refund, the refund will be conditional on you providing to Canningvale bank account details to allow Canningvale to deposit the refund electronically into that bank account (refunds are not made by cheque).

The benefits given to you by our warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the goods to which our warranty relates.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
