Delivery

Important information

  • Free delivery is available once a minimum order total has been reached. This is only valid after the relevant discount code or voucher code has been applied.
  • Australian deliveries are made by Courier. If the receiver is not at the nominated address at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with further instructions.
  • Once you have placed your order online, our Warehouse staff are busy picking and packing your order as fast as possible for you. As such, we are unable to make any alterations or additions to your order.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Please ensure all address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If orders are unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or are delivered to the wrong address, Canningvale will not cover any re-delivery costs.
  • Canningvale is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Australian Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery will be within 10 working days after dispatch. Orders with total spend (after discount) of AU$130 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within Australia. Orders with total spend (after discount) of less than AU$130 will incur a AU$9.95 delivery fee.

Australian deliveries are made by Courier, unless another delivery service is requested. If the receiver is not at the nominated address at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with further instructions.

Please note that External Australian Territory orders to: Christmas Island, Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island, Cocos (Keeling) Island, will take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

International Delivery

Please be aware, import duties and other taxes may apply. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges and will be notified by customs officer if charges are applicable to your order.New Zealand

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 15 working days after dispatch. Orders with total spend (after discount) of AU$130 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within New Zealand. Orders with total spend (after discount) of less than AU$130 will incur a AU$9.95 delivery fee within New Zealand. Delivery to Post Office boxes is not currently supported. 

New Zealand deliveries are made by New Zealand Post. If the receiver is not at the delivery address, the delivery will be taken to the local Post Office for collection, and a calling card left at allocated delivery address. 

Singapore

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 15 working days after dispatch.  

United States of America (USA)

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 15 working days after dispatch. All orders to Continental USA will incur a AU$39.95 delivery fee. Please note we only deliver to Continental USA (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Canada).

Important Information regarding International orders 

  • For international orders and deliveries, please select the appropriate destination country from the drop down menu, located at the top of canningvale.com. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
  • All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges and will be notified at Checkout if charges are applicable to your order. Canningvale accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
  • If you refuse a shipment from Canningvale, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Canningvale. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your product, simply return it in resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt of delivery. This means you must meet all of the below criteria:

  1. Item is unwashed and unused.
  2. Item is in the same condition as when you received it. This means all packaging, labelling and tags are still attached and intact.
  3. You are able to provide proof of purchase.

If you meet all of the above, follow the returns guidelines below so that Canningvale may assess and offer a full refund or exchange (less postage & handling). We have a dedicated Customer Service team that are available by phone, email or Live Chat on our website, should you have any questions. 

How do I return and exchange an item?

It's easy to return an item, simply contact Canningvale by email at info@canningvale.com or telephone on 1800 801 728 to notify them of your return. Then;

  1. In order for Canningvale to process the return, post the items to the address below. Include your contact details, and details of your return items.
  2. You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in resalable condition.
  3. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
  4. Canningvale will be in contact within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods.  If a replacement product is to be provided, Canningvale will send this to you at your cost, including any price differences in products and cost of re-shipping. If a refund is to be given, it will be processed according to your initial purchase method as soon as possible. Please note that it may take a few days for your banking provider to show the credit in your account.
  5. Any items returned outside of 30 day period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Canningvale will not pay to return these items to you.

Received the wrong product?

In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect product, Canningvale will re-deliver your original order free of charge and will, most likely, provide a Reply Paid address for the return of the items.
