International Delivery Delays Update

Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, international delivery delays may occur in all destination countries.

 

Important information

- Free standard delivery is available once a minimum order total has been reached. This is only valid after the relevant discount code or voucher code has been applied.

- Australian deliveries are made by Australia Post, Allied Express or Courier. If the receiver is not at the nominated address at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with further instructions.

- Once you have placed your order online, our Warehouse staff are busy picking and packing your order as fast as possible for you. As such, we are unable to make any alterations or additions to your order.

- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

- Please ensure all address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If orders are unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or are delivered to the wrong address, Canningvale will not cover any re-delivery costs.

- Canningvale is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Australian Delivery

Standard Delivery will be within 3 - 7 working days after dispatch. Orders with total spend (after discount) of AU$150 or more will receive standard delivery free of freight charges within Australia. Orders with total spend (after discount) of less than AU$150 will incur a delivery fee. Express Delivery will be within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch. Express Orders incur a flat shipping fee of $14.95 if the order total is above $150 (after discount) or $24.95 if the order total is less than $150.

Australian deliveries are made by Courier, unless another delivery service is requested. If the receiver is not at the nominated address at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with further instructions.

Please note that External Australian Territory orders to: Christmas Island, Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island, Cocos (Keeling) Island, will take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

 

International Delivery

Please be aware, import duties and other taxes may apply. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges and will be notified by customs officer if charges are applicable to your order.

 

New Zealand

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 7 - 10 working days after dispatch. Orders with total spend (after discount) of AU$300 or more will be delivered free of freight charges within New Zealand. Orders with total spend (after discount) of less than AU$300 will incur a AU$24.99 delivery fee within New Zealand. Delivery to Post Office boxes will be made by NZ Post. 

New Zealand deliveries are made by PBT, on an ATL (authority to leave) service, ie - a signature upon delivery is not required.

Singapore

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 15 working days after dispatch.

United States of America (USA)

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery will be within 15 working days after dispatch. All orders to Continental USA will incur a AU$29.99 delivery fee. Please note we only deliver to Continental USA (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Canada).

Orders will be dispatched within 1 -5 working days. Delivery will be within 5-15 working days after dispatch.

Important Information regarding International orders 

- For international orders and deliveries, please select the appropriate destination country from the drop down menu, located at the top of canningvale.com. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

- Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

- All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges and will be notified at Checkout if charges are applicable to your order. Canningvale accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

- If you refuse a shipment from Canningvale, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Canningvale. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
 

To return items to us you’ll need to initiate your return via your Canningvale account or you can contact our Customer Service team via email or live chat.

The product you are returning must meet the below requirements:

  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it. This means the polybag is not open/damaged, and all labelling and tags are intact. We cannot accept any returns, not in original condition and these returns will be ineligible for any refunds or store credits.

  • You are able to provide online order number, email address, and postcode.

If you meet all of the above, follow the return prompts in your Canningvale account, under order status or on our contact us page.

Please note: Free returns does not apply to commercial B2B orders.   

 

5 Year Warranty

If you have a faulty product, or are unsure if the fault is covered under our warranty please lodge a warranty claim through your Canningvale account, under order status or contact our Customer Service via our contact us page, email or live chat.

 

100 Day Free Trial
 

The 100 day free trial is available to every product on the Canningvale website, this offer is only available for 1 order per year, per household.

The 100 Day Free Trial starts on the date that the eligible Canningvale product is delivered to your home.

Use the eligible Canningvale product in your home for up to 100 days/nights during the 100 Day Free Trial.

To return a product under our 100 Day Free Trial, please lodge this via your Canningvale account, under order status or contacting our team via our contact us page or live chat.
