If you decide that the product is not for you, simply contact us for information about how to return the product at no cost to you.
Canningvale will issue you with a full refund within two weeks of receiving the product back.

Am I eligible for FlexiCare and the 100 Day Trial?
Order any product (excluding gift cards) and FlexiCare directly from our website for delivery to an Australian or New Zealand residential address.
FlexiCare and the 100 Day Trial starts on the date that products in your order are delivered to your home.
Use products from your order and decide if they’re right for you. If they’re not suitable and you would like a refund or 110% store credit, follow the return prompts in your Canningvale account, under order status or on our contact us page by day 100.
FlexiCare is not available for Wholesale orders.

Confirm that you have used the eligible Canningvale product in your home for up to 30 days, or within 100 days/nights with FlexiCare
For any other eligible Canningvale product, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label for you to ship your product back to Canningvale at no cost to you. Within two (2) weeks of Canningvale receiving the product back, we’ll issue a full refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original order.
