These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Canningvale VIP Rewards (“Loyalty Program”), and members of the program will earn Canningvale Coins in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain offers online.
In order to be eligible for the Canningvale VIP Reward Program, you must be located in Australia or New Zealand, create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You may create an account if you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have Internet access, and have a valid emailing address. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your account. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use. You may only have one member account per natural person. Persons who are discovered to have more than one account forfeit their coins and will be unsubscribed from the Canningvale VIP Rewards Program.
(a) Create an account: Become a registered user of Canningvale VIP Rewards Program. You will be asked for your first and last name, your email address, and a password. Signing up automatically subscribes you to our newsletter list, you have the option to opt out at any time. Once you have submitted the requisite information, you will be sent an email to the address you listed confirming your membership.
How to Access/Change Your Member Information. You must keep your personal information on your Account up-to-date. To do so, click on the "My Account" section and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard you can access your account information; review your current and past orders; change your profile; manage your subscriptions and applications, and access your previous purchases.
How to Cancel Your Membership. You may cancel account at any time. To cancel your account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and write “cancel membership” in the subject line. The email must come from the account currently listed on our servers as being associated with your VIP Rewards Account. If you no longer have access to that email address, please email our customer service department and we will verify your status and cancel your account. Upon cancellation, you are no longer a member and any unused coins accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Coins maintain their value only on valid accounts in good standing, and except as otherwise provided here for redemption, have no cash value outside of their redemption value on the Site.
II. EARNING COINS
General. Members can earn coins on the purchase of products at canningvale.com. To receive coins for your online purchases, you must be signed into your account. You may check at any time to see if you are signed in to the site by looking in the upper right corner of the site. You will not earn coins for shipping fees or purchases made with gift vouchers.
Earning Rate. Members in the Home Dweller and Home Insider Tier will earn 1 coin for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases (in other words, one (1) coin for every one dollar ($1) spent). Home Styler Tier will earn 2 coins for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases and the Home Lover Tier will earn 3 coins for every $1.00 spent on a qualifying purchase. You must be logged into the website to earn coins. Coins are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts and exclusions of all taxes (including GST) and shipping rates, only. Coins are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend $9.99, you will receive 9 coins. The calculation is as follows: $9.99 x 1 coins per dollar = 9.99 coins, which is rounded down to 9 coins.
Gift Cards. Gift card purchases are not eligible to receive coins. However, once a gift card is redeemed, coins will be awarded to the recipient for the subtotal after any gift card values, provided s/he is logged into the account, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
The addition of coins to Accounts. Coins will be added to your Account under the following conditions, and will generally show up immediately.

You are eligible to receive coins multiple times for the following actions:
Referring a friend to Canningvale. Coins will automatically be rewarded to your account only if the referral friend used the link sent to them from your referral account and makes a qualifying purchase with the special code. Coins will automatically be applied to your account if stipulations are met.
Birthday Coins. Birthdate must be entered 30 days before your Birthday to qualify and you will only receive birthday coins once every calendar year.
For other activities outlined on the Site that may show up from time to time. Note that for these other activities, including “bonus coin” accumulations and other coin promotions, coins may show as “pending,” depending upon the activity.
Exclusions. Members earn coins only on the purchase price of: (i) qualifying online products. Calculation of coins excludes payment by the Member for shipping charges. Coins will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product that is normally $50 is on sale for $25, a Member will only earn coins on the purchase price of $25. Purchases of gift cards, the redemption of vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including returns, are not eligible for coins. All purchases made: (i) by a Member prior to such member joining the Program, (ii) Online without a Member being logged onto the Website, are not eligible for VIP Rewards credit.
Returns/Order Cancellations. Coins earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, refund, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the coins earned for the original transaction. Coins cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative coin balance, you will not begin earning coins again until your coin balance is returned to zero (0), by making purchases, or engaging in other promotional activities offered from time to time. Rewards used on an order that is cancelled (before the item ships or a label has been printed) may request those rewards be applied back to your rewards account. If your item has begun the shipping process, rewards cannot be reapplied.
Bonus Coin Promotions. From time to time, Canningvale may run certain bonus coin promotions. Under bonus coin promotions, Members can earn additional or "bonus coins" in connection with the purchase of certain online products. When you purchase these specially marked products or make the purchase during a bonus coins time period, you will earn bonus coins on each product, as specified in the offer. Bonus coin promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time in Canningvale's sole discretion. Bonus coin offers cannot be combined with any other offer.
Limitations on Coins. If you redeem coins towards the purchase of a product and pay a portion of the retail price after the coin's redemption, you will receive coins only on the leftover retail amount you pay, and not on any value attributed to the coin you used. If you redeem coins towards the purchase of a product in an amount equal to the full price of the product, you will not earn any coins.
Non-purchase Options for Earning Coins. You may also earn additional coins on non-purchase activities. From time to time, Canningvale may offer you the chance to win various prizes, and earn coins, for entering into promotions. For giveaway promotions, there is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR TO WIN. Rules and restrictions will apply to such promotions and may be found on the entry page of any promotion.
Referring a friend to Canningvale. Email a friend a 10% off coupon by clicking “ Earn Coins” then “ Refer a Friend”. Enter the email address of a friend who has not purchased with Canningvale before (if your referral has shopped with us before the referral link will be automatically voided by the system). A referral link will be sent to your friend with a 10% off coupon (the coupon is valid on Canningvale products only, this is not valid on marketplace products). Coins will automatically be rewarded to your account only if the referral friend used the link sent to them from your referral account and makes a qualifying first-time purchase with Canningvale. 150 Canningvale VIP coins will automatically be applied to your account if stipulations are met. Your Referral friend will receive a 10% off coupon, 100 coins for signing up to the Canningvale VIP program and coins from their first purchase made while signed into their new Canningvale account.
III. REDEEMING COINS
How To Use Your Coins. Coins must be used in increments outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Coins may only be used online at the canningvale.com. Coins towards Products: Canningvale coins can be redeemed directly for free Canningvale products. Eligible products will be listed in the member’s program. Rewards redeemed are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Only a single reward may be claimed in a single transaction.
Coins towards Store Credit: Members can use their coins to receive store credit based on the following scale:

Coins can only be redeemed in any combination of the coin and increment amounts set forth above. Redemption of coins towards purchases of products is subject to product availability. Any rewards discounts or store credit that are applied to the order, will be distributed equally to the applicable items in the order when completing a return. Any reward around discounts to items or $ OFF can only be applied to Canningvale Products.
Gift cards. Once available, coins cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards. Gift card redemption is not eligible for coins.
To Redeem your coins. Before you begin shopping with us, sign into your Canningvale VIP account. Select “Redeem Coins” from the VIP pop up. You will be issued a custom code that you can copy and paste into the discount bar during check out (Please note - only one code can be used). Your total payment amount will be discounted by the amount of coins you allocate to the purchase. Note that coins may only be redeemed for the purchase price of the product. Shipping fees are your responsibility and coins may not be used to discount these additional charges.
Exclusions. Only one account per natural person. Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. Rewards redemption codes may not be combined with any other discount codes. Coins may not be transferred or gifted at this time. Coins cannot be used on past purchases. Coins accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Coins earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed coins cannot be retroactively applied to any past order or receive a price adjustment on any order where redeemed coins were not applied. Coins have no cash value outside of the Canningvale website and are available only to members in good standing.
Coins Expiration and Time Lapses. All coins acquired, whether standard coins or bonus coins, shall expire 365 days from the date the coins are added to your account. Coins expire 365 days from the date in which they were assigned to your account, regardless of coin status (on hold, approved, etc.). For example, coin earned on November 1, 2016 will expire at 12:01am Melbourne, Australia time November 1, 2017.

By creating an account with Canningvale and joining the VIP Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the VIP Rewards Program. Canningvale reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the VIP Rewards Program, your account, the redemption of coins, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the coin conversion ratio and the coin expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Canningvale may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use coins already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's coins balance, as reflected in Canningvale's records, shall be deemed correct. Canningvale reserves the right to determine the amount of coins in any Member's account based on Canningvale's internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and Canningvale's internal records, Canningvale's internal records will control. Canningvale assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer coins earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of coins is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your coins as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving coins and all Member accounts are subject to review and verification by Canningvale. The coins balance in a Member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. Canningvale may revoke any Member's membership in the VIP Reward Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the VIP Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of coins or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other Canningvale program, present or future. Coins are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Canningvale. The Terms and Conditions of our VIP Rewards Program are subject to change at Canningvale's sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer’s at-will termination of their registered account, or if a customer is terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this site, all coins will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. Canningvale will make reasonable efforts to award coins as outlined above to all 1. registered and 2. qualifying Canningvale customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
Coins are nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, are nonrefundable and are not valid outside of Canningvale website. Purchases made outside Canningvale are not valid for coin accrual (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook resell groups, Ebay, and Amazon).
Employees of Canningvale are not eligible to participate in the VIP Rewards Program.
